The price of a software product is based on your selected service or application. A detailed price breakdown will be provided for your confirmation. Delivery and packaging fees are included in the final checkout price. For urgent orders, we recommend contacting us first to ensure timely delivery.

We strive to dispatch all orders and deliver applications within the specified timeframes. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays due to reliance on third-party couriers. While we make every effort to meet our delivery commitments, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers.

If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you updated. If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please inform us within seven days of delivery.

Most of our software is provided as downloadable products, which do not require shipping. For these orders, you will receive an email confirmation containing download links and instructions.

Some products may require a license key. We will contact you to obtain the host ID for the computer associated with the license. Once we have this information, your license key will be generated and sent promptly.
